Hi, Paranoid question alert. About to bottle an AG brew. Been on primary for 12 days (my usual length of time). I nor,mallet get a scummy yeast residue around the top of the FV. Haven't got it this time. I've got the usual floaty bits and deposit at the bottom. Just checking this is OK...

So I completed my second all grain brew yesterday. I used whole crystal malt rather than crushed (didn't realise there was a difference). My opening gravity was fine as was colour, taste, etc. I was wondering what problems (if any) I have caused by not using crushed malt? Cheers, Byron

Thanks for all the replies! It is a Coleman Extreame I'm going for a 'water butt' style tap and seen lots of info about using flexible metal pipe for the filter which will just screw into the back of the tap. Any thoughts?

Just about to start all grain brewing and have purchased a Coleman coolbox to use as a mash tun. does anyone have any good instructions on how to install a tap fitting into the ice drain hole? Cheers
