Made this upon failure to be bothered to collect 8 pints of gorse flowers. Is quite palitable, at 1.004 sg.

Recipe 1 gal

Earl Grey Tea bags 12
Gorse flowers 1 pint
1 Lemon & 1 Orange
Sugar 1.25kg
Yeast - Youngs Super (For drier use a higher abv tolerance yeast)
1tsp Pectolase, Citric Acid and Nutrient.

Simmered, flowers, tea bags and sliced citrus fruits, strain onto sugar or dissolved into. When cool add yeast etc..
