boiled and filtering in to fv
it is now pitched and bubbling away i'm going to syphon into another fv in a couple o days because my hop filter let all the break stuff through i am well chuffed so far

Congratulations on your first brew :thumb:

Looks like you had it under control  Hope its a cracker :thumb:

Congratulations KTG :thumb:
What a great looking brewday
I wouldn't worry about the break material being in the FV , the yeast will take care of it ;) it will use some of it and the rest will flocculate with the yeast :thumb:

thanks you guy's i am well chuffed so far
couple more goes at simple brewing then i'll try to make some improvements if needed
the FV is well under way with an inch thick layer of stuff at top and bottom i feel the urge to re rack to another FV soon
my brother is now drawing up plans for brewing gear  he can be an :ugeek: but great to work with
