Going to be brewing the favorite Bouncing Squirrel on Saturday now I have a mash tun and time.

Oops a little high on the gravity best bung a litre or two of boiled cooled water in it 1060 :shock:

I managed to mess up with my water quantities some how and fell 2 litres short so the water top up was required which droped the gravity to 1055 which is aceptable.
 
Nice one Df - looks like you got loads of trub :shock:
