I put in an order this morning but realised I haven't ordered from them in a few years. I know they are based in Ireland so will I need to pay VAT and import duty on the order? It was nearly £200 so that will sting if so.

No you don't, did the UK site not have 10% of as well

Yes, I used the UK site but I thought they were still based in Ireland. Glad it shouldn't be a problem.
