Was just making some space in the utility room earlier, and stumbled upon 2 bottles of my first ever homemade wine which was 2005 Celery. It has mellowed to a lovely smooth finish. I cant really describe how it tastes, but it is crystal clear ( without finings & filter ) and it is going down a treat.
