Now, I know nothing about real brewing but I do believe that catering urns are useful in some way.
Note that these are sold as faulty - customer returns, so it's a bit of a gamble. However, I have bought a batch of 6 customer returns (not catering urns) from this seller in the past. I have dealt with customers in my working life, so I know what they're like. Consequently, I was confident that every one of the returned items would in fact work perfectly. I've only tried 2 so far and of course they are absolutely fine, new and untouched, and a visual inspection of the others suggest they're fine too.
They also have a similar batch of 10l urns but I imagine they're too small to be useful.
