Having purchased a Pinter due to the fact it was cheap, with the exception of the instruction to fill it with water from the cold tap? (I used water at 23c) I threw all the contents of the kit into the pinter and let it do its thing whatever that was.
To my complete amazement the photo above is the end result!. The Pinter House IPA. It has a good Floral aroma with a hint of Fruit and tastes quite acceptable. I like my beers hoppy and this certainly hits the mark. I might even go as far as to say I might make this again. Well done Pinter......
