Hi all,
I have made beer using extracts in the past, but went more into cider and alcoholic lemonade.
I have a little recipe that i have put together (only a 5L batch) and am waiting for the ingredients to arrive.
Once it has finished fermenting what alternatives are there to bottling?
I like cask (and eventually will get up to pins) but is there anything similar that I can dispense from? I have looked into putting a tap on a 5l water bottle and sticking a tap on the bottom but will it take the pressure if i prime.

Edit:
Also forgot to ask, when I add hops at flame out/0 boil. How long do you leave them in? I was thinking for 30 mins while it cools?
