Hello fellow brewers!

I am planning my second AG brew( American Pale ale) next weekend and I thought I could use grains from Galaxy Pond pale ale recipe(from brewsmith) but change it to different hops which I have stored from previous brews. I have got some Centennial, Columbus, Citra and a little bit of Amarillo left. Maybe you could give me some hop advice?

Batch Size: 20.00 l

4.60 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter (5.9 EBC) Grain 2 91.4 %
0.35 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (118.2 EBC) Grain 3 7.0 %
0.08 kg Cara-Pils/Dextrine (3.9 EBC) Grain 4 1.6 %

yeast safale us05

Thanks

Cheers mate..I think I will go for Columbus citra combo.
Why cara pils 150?

i just like carapils and recently ran out and in past brews 100 gram seemed to be a tadge low since then i have been adding about 200grams to a 6 kg brew 27 litre with great effect that is it
gives good creaminess to your beer
