Brewed this this afternoon,

Ended up with an OG of 1.050 which I'm happy with - smells really nice! My first time using Nottingham yeast. I followed the instructions and rehydrated the yeast first, so am interested to see if there is any difference.

should be a winner that one pal ,just done all pale brew with very similar ns hop schedule apart from saf05 and 25g dry hop, only been in barrel 7 days but its well nice, i think 7 of my last 10 brews have had nelsons in em, kept this one simple and its tasting one of the best, cant see it lasting long :thumb:

Well, After 24 hours, the krausen has completely disapeared and there is no activity in the airlock. I checked the SG and its 1.014. Has the fermentation finished already?

I was expecting an F.G of around 1.010 or lower - should I leave it for a while to see if the S.G drops or give it a big stir?

Cheers
