As it was my Wedding Anniversary yesterday, it was a good excuse to make a beer today. It's going to be a late start due to the fact we went to an Italian Restaurant last night and I drunk far too much Grappa.

I will update as I go, hopefully with some pictures as well.

It will be fermented with US-05 as I wasn't planning to brew today so don't have a starter ready.

It a slightly higher Gravity than anticipated, I make it 1.065, that will do nicely.

Move as many hops as late as you can, then add some more.
Don't forget to dry hop the fermenter after a few days.

Dry hopping is the way forward!

Looking good, really like that set up, I shouldn't think you ever leave that man cave.

Hope you enjoy that brew and that you had a happy anniversary
