Landlord.
Well, a few people have thrown open their brew days of late, so I thought I would do the same.
I am planning to brew again on Saturday 12th December.
Just a nice and easy pale ale or bitter to be ready for the New Year. Brew length will be 23 litres.
This is only my fifth AG brew, so I am by no means an expert at all. But if anyone wants to come along (particularly those new to or thinking of going AG), I can show you that it is totally possible for numpties (i.e. ME) to make very decent beer with some basic equipment.
The dogs will be walked and back by 8.30am; and if SWMBO remembers to switch the HLT on whilst I'm out, then I'll be mashing by 9.30am.
I live in Sherburn-In-Elmet, which is between Selby and Leeds.....so if anyone fancies copious amounts of coffee with the distinct prospect of a round of bacon butties while the mash is on and a good chin-wag.....then let me know.
