I came across an old Eldridge Pope recipe, so i decided to adapt and modify slightly.

Grain Bill
4.2Kg Maris Otter
0.9Kg Caramalt
0.75Kg Crystal 120L
0.5Kg Extra Dark Crystal
0.5Kg Brown Sugar

90 Mins
33g Fuggles
25g Goldings

10 Mins
19g Fuggles

Finished with 20 Ltrs @ 1.062

Looked up your set up. OMG one hell of a nice setup!!!!!!!! I bet it's worth every penny though and will last for years and years!

Yeah i have moved on from my 50ltr setup and downsized so i can brew more often and store in cornies which are only 19ltrs - Crimbo i will have have over 40 ltrs of beer to myself :cheers:

Still have that, although the science and control of the mash is now sorted and of course repeatable results = better beer!
