Long time since I've had a pint of Burton,hope this makes up for it.

25L,90 min mash @ 66C,90 min boil.
4.5Kg Maris Otter
50gr Black Malt
230gr White Sugar 45 min boil

19 gr Fuggles (4%) 90 mins
28 gr W.G.V. (6%) 90 mins
15 gr E.K.Goldings (5%) 15 mins
1 Protofloc tab 15 mins
Brewlab Burton Ale Yeast

Here's how it went.(First time pics with un familiar Camera,bit more practice required)

44 bottled this morning.2 weeks @ room temp then 2 more in the garage and she will be ready to go.

Took the obligatory sample and was surprised how good it tasted already. :D

First time using Brewlabs yeast,def use again. :thumb:
