AG - Mix it up for Spring Thing

Not brewed since before the Hot Break, decided today is the day to change that. Going to be doing a fairly simple brew really.

5kg Maris Otter malt
200g Crystal Malt
66C mash temp

45g EKG (90 minute boil)
25g EKG (30 minute boil)
100g Celeia (Steep)

Just got to get the energy and motivation to get the boil on, lol

mash is on, 65.6C was hit, so that will do :)

My poor Soldering, Came out a lot lighter than i had thought it would.

Dropping from height.

Brix is 13.5%

There she Blows, only put about 20l in this FV but it still managed to fight its way out in under 24 hours. I didnt have no yeast but had just finished fermenting a Coopers cerveza kit, so pitched directly on top of that :)

down to 1008 at the moment :)
