mash 66-67 degrees
100g EKG start of boil
50g Williamette last 10 mins
s-04, got 85% efficiency so came out about 4.1% so a bit strong too
so didnt really stick to the recipe but very close
lovely clear wort with my new hop strainer, just hoping its a nice bitter
had enough of citra pale ales (for now)
Had a few problems, trying to make yeast starter and poured hot water into demijohn and heard a click, thought id smashed it but not leaking until i picked it up leaving bottom behind, sticky wort all over kitchen and in the drawers!!!!
next left the hose on filling the boiler, found cellar flooded, got 2 washing up bowls full of water off the flooor!! :evil: :evil:
