been searching and asking on the boardfor a stout recipe and alemans effin oatmeal stout which seems to be popular,thanks

whats the best calc to use? beersmith seems popular.

Bit high on hop bitterness, Stouts derive much of their bitterness from the roast grains, dropping the IBU down to 35 ish for your gravity would be about right.
