Just took delivery of my Ace boiler yesterday! I looked at my brewing log and realised that the last brew I did was in 2005! (I used to regularly do full mash brewing but have been busy running a pub in the meantime which I have now sold). I have also bought a plate chiller and so an itching to get back in the swing of things. Just not sure what to brew first...... My old recipes look quite dated now so I am thinking about trying something new. A nice APA perhaps, or an IPA, or a nice oatmeal stout..... Anyone got any stunning recipes for beers in the 4.5 - 5.5% range that they can recommend?
