Brew this up on staerday for baby Róisín's christening that is coming up and I wanted a nice summer beer to serve. An surprisingly no issue with the run off with all that flaked wheat!

Sorry about the late up day, don't get as much access to forums with the little one around.

I served it up along with a smoked porter at her christening and it went do very well with the friends. a number of them left their own beer they brought to drink it and there have been request to brew it again

I think that is one of the best compliments, when people bring drink to your party, and it does not get opened, your doing somthing right.

Very nicely as a background flavour, but you have to really careful with it as it can easily overpower the beer. I have a Belgian golden strong that I added to much too and two years on the predominant aroma/flavour is still Chamomile!
