Making a 2 can American IPA tonight with two black rock cans.

Its got the creamiest smelling yeast i have come across yet. Not sure what brand it is

I did not add anything extra, just the two cans and the two yeast.

It is supposed to be heavily hopped with cascade, so will taste test it 2 weeks into fermentation. I may dry hop with extra cascade if it needs it.
 
Good luck with that, both myself and mad jules did this kit and found it far too bitter and chemically which didn't go away over time. Hopefully you will have better luck.
 
Expensive way to make 21 litres of AIPA been better with the Young's kit methinks.having said that I was gonna double up the BR Riwaka pale ale kit.so glad I didnt
 
Not that expensive, works out 70p per bottle which is fine in my books 😊

I doubled up to keep the hop balance, plus they have the recommendation on the tins. To either add a tin of black rock extra light or for a bigger hit use anoth tin of the apa.
