Hi all, I’ve done a kveik smash with summit hops and am looking to bottle it and carbonate with sugar solution in the bottles has anyone got any tips or is there anything to look out for with regards to doing this with kveik Voss yeast? Or do you just use the same sort of method you usually do with all other yeasts? Thanks in advance
