Today I am going to be brewing a different variation of my Summer ale that I made with Nelson Sauvin last year.

So for 20L at 1.050, with 46IBU (Tinseth)

4200g Pale malt

45g Styrian Bobek (4.7% Alpha - First Wort Hops)
40g Nelson Sauvin (11.3% Alpha - 15 Minutes
15g Nelson Sauvin ( 11.3% Alpha 70ºC Steep)

The recipe calls for 28g of Bobek but these are older hops and are very poor quality . .so I've upped the amount. I also felt that the original beer could have had more bitterness anyway :D
