You will be fine I think just chuck some in tomorrow. I use it in country wines but I haven't in my 2 wow's and the second one is doing 3 bubbles per second.

All 3 bubbling away nicely.......less than 60 mins of being put in demijohns.......so think will leave it. :clap:

Had heard of tom puree before........ what does it actually do does it just start off the yeast a bit quicker!!!
