Can anyone help. Just started a 30 bottle kit. Contained two 15g oak chip packs
Was this an over generous packing or correct amounts to use?

I bottled one of these on 1st Nov. At bottling it was somewhat rank tasting / smelling.
After 1 month major improvement with the aroma and taste much improved.
Hoping it will turn out to be an acceptable nice wine after 6 months of conditioning.
