Thanks for that. Does this compare to the real thing in IBU's or is it just a personaltaste thing. Advice very much appreciated.
My recipe follows GW's for the grain but 22 litres rather than 23 and he puts 14g Styrian Golding @ 10 minutes whereas I put 25g EKG @ 15 minutes. His ABV is 4.6% mine is 4.5%. His EBU(IBU) is 35.
