Coopers Mexican Cerveza

This is my first attempt at lagery stuff.
Below are the ingredients and method used so far.

1 can of Mexican Cerveza
1kg of Brew enhancer number 2
500g of light spraymalt
2 packs of Salflager S23

Pitched at 16°C stored in spare room, no heating 13/01/2016 around 14°C

OG 1049

Racked to secondary vessel @ 1011 SG on 02/02/2016 and placed in fridge at 4°C
Taste is sweet with a dry aftertaste but lacks a bit of flavour, hopefully lagering and secondary fermentation will bring out more flavour.

After 10 days in the fridge, bottled with carbonation drops.

Tasting at time of bottling still seems sweet.

Does this seem normal for this brew?

Sounds about right. I found this kit had very little hop flavors or bitterness to balance the malt, and tasted sweet. If I did if again I'd do a dry hop.

Thanks for the reply, its for the wife who likes light unhopped lager so it may be okay.
I maybe have overdone it with the spraymalt as well as the enhancer.

Snap. I did this to convince the other half that this brewing lark wasn't a bad idea. Your fermentables sounds spot on. I did mine with 500g light spraymalt and 1kg brewing sugar. SG 1048 to 1006, primed with a large tsp per bottle to give it a bit extra fizz, so around 5.5%. After a couple of months, it was very nice indeed. I'm actually having one right now! Its a big hit with the missus and her family, who usually only drink lager.
