Coopers Mexican Cerveza
This is my first attempt at lagery stuff.
Below are the ingredients and method used so far.
1 can of Mexican Cerveza
1kg of Brew enhancer number 2
500g of light spraymalt
2 packs of Salflager S23
Pitched at 16ðC stored in spare room, no heating 13/01/2016 around 14ðC
OG 1049
Racked to secondary vessel @ 1011 SG on 02/02/2016 and placed in fridge at 4ðC
Taste is sweet with a dry aftertaste but lacks a bit of flavour, hopefully lagering and secondary fermentation will bring out more flavour.
After 10 days in the fridge, bottled with carbonation drops.
Tasting at time of bottling still seems sweet.
Does this seem normal for this brew?
