ok guys im off on my hols next weekend so i thought i might get another brew fermenting while im away. But i havent much in the way of ingredients so if anyone could suggest a recipe that would be great,

25kg marris otter
500g torrified wheat
500g crystal malt
500g chocolate malt
500g black malt

100g fuggles
100g challenger

1 gallon mollasses

1 x nottingham yeast

thanks

My favourite EPA is mainly pale malt (5kg) with a wee bit crystal (400g). With your hops, bung in some challenger for bittering - say 30g or so. Then put a load of challenger and fugles towards the end.

Sorted!

Key to it in my opinion is late hopping. Get your buttering sorted then load it at 15, 10, 5 and flameout.
