I knocked up a cranberry hooch recently.

4ltrs cranberry juice
1.5kg sugar
Mug of black tea
Youngs super yeast (in a culture)
Yeast nutrient


Usual method, juice in the dj, add sugar, tea, yeast nutrient and yeast culture.

Leave to ferment out for 2-3weeks, rack off, add finings if you like. Bottle and Drink.

Add more sugar to bottles if you want it fizzy.

It's about 13%, so quite a punchy little number.
