Greetings from Essex,
Having browsed this forum for many months I thought it only right that I should take the plunge and join .
Have been AG brewing since January after reciving a C.J.J.Berry book for Christmas having never brewed beer berfore the resulting AG brew dispite many mistakes and thankfully loads of help from my local brew shop was a succsess .
I've just completed AG#4 Black Sheep Ale ,going to bottle the lot for Autumn consumption, the G.W book being a huge help along with this forum.
Planning
Caledonian Deuchars
Fullers London Porter
Pear "windfull" wine
Elderberry wine "if I'm quick"
Sloe Gin
Brewed
Traditional Bitter "C.J.J"
Hop Back Mild
Bathams Best
She who must be obayed has banned wort boiling in the kitchen as it smells like a "wet dog!!"so I will be moving to my workshop come Winter ,it will be a big job as I've collected so much junk over the years, maybe a work in progress with pics to follow .
Anyway thanks one and all
