It's been about six months since my last brew so going to squeeze in 2 today!
1st mash is currently going, it's an imperial stout though it is a bit risky as I have no idea what the grain bill is, I bought the grain about 4 months ago from get we brewed custom kits, it was never used due to moving house, grain looked fine so put it in the mash tun this morning! Need to invest in a good thermometer, have 3 different cheaply ones and getting different temps from all 3!
Brew 2 will be a neipa, we'll see how this first one goes!
