just thrown a Beaujolais style wine on and you chuck in 100g of raspberries for the last 4-5 days.

The equivalent of dry hopping wine it reads.
Genius me thinks - must try this with more wines and variety of fruits.

Could really pimp up a wow. Anyone else do this ?

However do you know that a wine is in "the last 4-5 days" of fermentation? Also, surely the time it will take for the yeast to get into the raspberries and ferment out the fructose will take more than 4-5 days?

I think the estimates are very optimistic. :gulp:

I haven't heard of members doing it but why not give it a try if it works you could be the one that improves supermarket juice wine.

I’ll give it a go and see.
It’s from a Gervin book so you’d like to think it carries some hope :?:
I’m going to drop in about 6-7 days in when the bubbling has slowed right down to a blip a minute.

Watch this space !

This is still in the DJ but just did an SG reading and sneaky taste.
Very much tasting the raspberries in this, very very impressed.
