Today I started the St Peter’s Ruby Red Ale with an OG of 1.047.
The last time I brewed the kit was back in July, 2016 when I had an OG of 1.044.
I presume that the difference in OG is that in 2016 I brewed to 24 litres whereas today I only went to 20 litres.
I sang high praises back in 2016 so I’m hoping that I get a similar result this time.
