Thought I would buy some torrefied wheat then realised I wasn't sure what to use it for (have wheat malt for head retention usually) then came across some elderflower while out with the dog... here is the plan...

4kg MO
0.5kg torrefied wheat
0.2kg wheat malt
(Maybe some oats)

60g Challenger for 60 mins
Handful of elderflower at flameout (heat should finish off wild yeast and germs)

Any obvious issues?

I think you want a low-ish bitterness with elderflower. No rules obviously, but bitterness may clash with it, if that makes sense. But I may be talking rubbish.

I agree to high IBUs the elder flower will not be noticeable. The fun part about this hobby is experimentation.

That's a lot of torrified wheat, I reckon. Challenger is great added early and late. 30-35 IBUs is my preference.
