Finlandi Dark

So having bottled my second Coopers stout last night I found this lurking at the back of the shelf. can't remember buying it but the other Finlandia kit I did turned out ok,( the Traditional)

So in she went, brewed with 1kg of muscavado and a good 200ml of the yeast from the coopers stout and the sachet that came with the kit. filled to 15 ltrs and left for the night.

Its set of like a rocket, which is what I was wanting by completely over pitching as want this finished asap to free up the fv for a lager run( four kits ) i want done whilst its cold!


Anyone else done this kit and how did it turn out. looks and smelled good.

ye i made it a few years back. from what i remember it was ok. nothing special but drinkable.
