Hi,I've just started homebrewing after a 20 year lay off, done 2 turbo cider brews, with disappointing results,so decidee to go back to beer.I like hoppy beers, and have done a brew, but I think I may have under hopped it.What do you think?
For 3 gallon brew
1.5 kg coopers pale LME
500g Muntons pale DME
500g of sugar
100g Crystal malt
30g Challenger 6.4% at 60 mins
15g Cascade 6% at 20 mins
15g Cascade 6% at 5 mins

Planning on dry hopping with another 15g Cascade after racking at 7 days.I'm worried I've got my sums wrong, and it will be strong but bland, and not hoppy enough.

Just trying one after 1 week in primary,1 week in secondary and 1 week in bottle.First impression,it's pleasant, but a bit underhopped, nice colour, clear, and pretty drinkable, but my next brew has more hops in,so should suit me better.
