Just a big thank you to the forum members as I have just completed my first all grain brew :thumb: it was with the shared knowledge that I managed to make a mash tun , immersion cooler and stc 1000 wired up for my brew fridge :clap: so tonight I have 5 gallon of a Summer Lightning clone in the brew fridge : :
