First Brewed OSH - Extract

Hi everyone
I joined the forum a few weeks ago and the info has been invaluable. I have now bottled my first brew Old Speckled Hen from Clone Brew recipe

I'm using BrewStew instructions to upload pictures so here goes

Homemade 10 gallon boiler

Steeping 340g crystal malt at 65'C (whoops crystal & water not added yet!)

The boil .... I think

Heat exchanger added

Heat exchanger working - cooled very quickly due to the recipe only boiling 9l of liquor

Fermentation took place - sorry no pics

Bottling process

Bottles now at 18'C in glass with crown tops, 2 PET bottles letting me know when carbonated
3-4 weeks before opening

If you can make your own boiler and IC as well as you have (Nice work btw :thumb: )the next build has got to be a mash tun then it's onto grain beers and no turning back

I've got a clone brews book but I'm not sure they're in, I'll have a look later :thumb:
