Hi guys, I have been brewing beer kits for several years and i wanted to make a cider so thought i'd try a kit, i have followed the instructions to the letter and after fermentation it went into the pressure barrel where it sat, after 4 weeks it was still cloudy and really lively, i left it again and again and its had 8 weeks now and is still lively, cloudy and tastes disgusting, its acidic an tastes like off fizzy wine!

Is there anything that can be done to save it or should i give up?

what's its life story since going into the barrel? Always in the warm, always in the cold, warm then cold??
