forgot the grape concentrate

I have made a 1 gallon batch of orange wine using 10 oranges. Last night I racked the wine off the sediment and stabilized. I had a little taste and it was a bit thin. I checked my recipe it shouldnt be thin with 250ml of grape concentrate. Then I double checked my cupboard and found I had forgotten to put in the grape concentrate.

What can I do now to make it have more body? add the concentrate now? or is it too late!

If you've stabilised then it's too late to add GJC now, unless it's bone dry and you want to add it for body and sweetness.

A bit of glycerine would probably help.

Could you brew another batch with 500ml of grape concentrate and blend them or would that not work?
