I have made a 1 gallon batch of orange wine using 10 oranges. Last night I racked the wine off the sediment and stabilized. I had a little taste and it was a bit thin. I checked my recipe it shouldnt be thin with 250ml of grape concentrate. Then I double checked my cupboard and found I had forgotten to put in the grape concentrate.
What can I do now to make it have more body? add the concentrate now? or is it too late!
