Hello, I am new to brewing , and have just made cider , sunday 24th. I did not put any campden tablets in the juice
as forgot to buy. The airlocks are in and my tablets are on order, can i still put them in and add yeast in the normal way?

If it's not already fermenting, get some yeast in there!

as above, get the little yeasties to work. Put a damp flannel over the top for now.

If its made from shop bought apple juice you'll be fine without, if the juice is your own that you've pressed then you should of added at CT, but you'd probably get away with it
