I had a bottle of 'Freauch'(?) Heather Ale the other day and noticed the taste of ginger (also mentions it as an ingredient on the label anyway). I loved the taste as it was subtle and not overpowering and I was intrigued.
Has anyone on the list used ginger in their beer recipes?
If so, how much did you use?
In future BIAB I would like to add this to a recipe.
