Golden stag summer ale

Hi all, brewing couple of years now, love it! But recently bought festival golden stag summer ale, but when opened box was no dextrose included, me being me had some spare from a different brew I never used and added it like normal, thinking they forgot to add it, then only to glance at instructions (add dextrose if include) F@#k....!!! Question is did I ruin brew or will it have much effect on final outcome, Cheers

It will certainly up the abv and possibly make it a bit thin, how much did you add

That will add 1% to your abv, if it was me i would just brew it as is

Cheers man, only done last night, fridge set at 22c and holding, will check it Monday to see if started.... The slow opening the peeping in and praying for bubbles

That kit comes with 110g, intended to be added before bottling.

Still have that for bottling, I added 500g of dextrose, like other brews I've done, figured they missed it when being boxed, then figured it doesn't come with it, just checked it 1hr ago, seems to have started, time will tell
