Good afternoon this forum was recommended to me by a few mates I'm a complete novice and know pretty much nothing about brewing at the moment. I have just attempted my first rose wine and also a pear cider please excuse my lack of knowledge and look forward to speaking to some of you

You are not by any chance THE LEGENDARY Dave the Rave from around these parts??? Famous for continually having his ipod in and dancing no matter where - including the match, or on the bus, or in particular the shopping centre... :lol:

Google him if you are not the same - he's here, he's there, he dances everywhere Dave The Rave.....etc

Ha ha unfortunately that is not me. Im a member on a few different carp fishing forums and it was a name given to me by a few members of which 2 of them are on here ;-)
