Grainfather malt mill question

Hi,
I just purchased this mill and it turned up yesterday. Got home, opened it up and the device has a rattle inside the mill. When shaken (not hard) you can hear something rattling around inside. Sounds like definitely somethings broken off (tab most likely) inside.
I presume this isnt normal??? Anyone else had or got this?

No that is not normal. You need to contact your supplier and get a swap out. If it was us, just drop an email from the contact form and we will sort asap.
