Grolsh clone??

I have been told that using coopers european lager with spray malt a youngs gold yeast will get a Grolsh type lager!! Any ideas?? :thumb: :

I used the Coopers with spraymalt but instead used a Saflager Yeast.

It tasted very Grolshy indeed.

not tried it but just got an old copy of brew beers like those you buy 1978 version

15litres

crushed larger malt 3750gm
crushed crystal malt 100gm
water for lager brewing 15 litres
irish moss 5ml
hallertau hops 100gm
lager yeast 60gm
gelatine 15gm
white sugar 5ml/l

Yea Ive got that book, but thanks anyway for that. Im just after doing it via a tinny to be honest as I aint got the time for grain brews these days :thumb: :
