Hello everyone i'm new to this forum but not new to brewing, i enjoy doing wines and beers and am looking forward to getting a few tips and ideas from the more experienced.

I've tried lots of the beer kits and done a few from scratch but apart from that i've made loads of wine for example:

Rice & Raisin, Damson, Mint (which is a bit like mouthwash), Nettle, Hawthorn, Apple, Sloe, Dandilion, Plum and probably a few more what ever is in season really but theres always Tea and Coffee wine to fall back on.
