Hi everyone, nice to meet you. I'm new here but have been brewing casually for a few years, mainly cider (I prefer dry still cider but I make a fair proportion of sweet/berry/bubbly varieties to also have something my friends will drink), with some forrays into basic cyser, mead, rhubarb wine, and grape wines.
I'd like to start being able to tailor recipes more to taste and feel more confident experimenting so figured I'd join up for inspiration and to pick your brains. Thanks for having me!
