I have made a couple of beers with WLP023 lately... they have been very vigorous ferments and a few weeks after kegging they taste fantastic, BUT one has still not cleared fully, it has been crash chilled for a few days, gelatine added and sat conditioning at 11-12C for 2 - 3 weeks - I find this normally even has S-05 dropped bright ( which I struggled with for a few brews ).

As it was brewed for Xmas I still have a couple of weeks before I want it at its best, but it has me worried.. has anyone else struggled with this, and will time come good as it does usually in this hobby ?

The other is a stout so all is well there ( very well in fact, it's only been in the keg for a couple of weeks and I have had to have regular samples  luckily 2 more kegs to come :thumb: )

Thanks
Paul

Add some Isinglass, it will clear it.
+1

Of course crash chilling it could have induced a chill haze, sometimes these are reversible so is it warms up it clears . . .
